Schedule
The workshop begins with dorm check-in on June 16 and ends the afternoon on June 28. Participants must complete all two weeks.
Arrival
All participants must arrive on June 16, 2019. Check-in will be at the front desk of your KU housing, Downs Hall, located at 1517 W 18th Street, Lawrence, KS 66045 (phone: 785-864-9050). Downs Hall is located between 18th and 19th Streets, just west of Naismith Drive. Access and parking to the hall is off of 18th and Naismith. Parking is free except in the spots marked "Red Permit Required." Here is a complete campus map.
Departure
The workshop concludes June 28, 2019 at 5:00 pm. You must check out of Downs Hall on June 29 by 3:00 pm.
